The complex manager Jean, is horrible. She twist everything she has ever told and they will charge you for everything. I left that apartment SPOTLESS. Overall just a very unfriendly stressful complex. I would NOT recommend this complex to ANYONE! I rented from fall '07 through spring '08. ...

this place will take your deposit by charging you on whatever... we were charged for pet urine on the carpet; however, over the 3 years we did not have any pets. when we moved in the carpet is supposed to be new. either grand terrace lied about the new carpet or the lied about the pet urine. they will take your deposit some how. good luck. ...
