just make sure when you move in, they explain what they use your security deposit for, because they will use it for utility bills or some other thing. They will find a way to take your security deposit. I was good friend with the office people and he told me everything about the staff here.. nice place to live, you just need to be patient.. I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...
