Overall, this is probably one of the better complexes in Davis. The management in on-site and is pretty responsive to complaints and problems. Parking is decent, but can be a challenge if you come home really late at night when people have overnight
guests parking there w/o permits. Sometimes they will tow people in the night, so watch out if you do have guests. This was quieter than some other Davis complexes. The walls/ceilings are really thin, so prepare to hear noise from other units, especially if you are on the ground floor. The top floor studios with the high ceilings can get really hot and stuffy in the summer. The units have a sliding glass door and some have no windows, so be sure you are okay with that before moving in. In the end, I was happy enough here and it was better than my other Davis rental. It is a popular place and I had no trouble finding a subletter to take over my lease when I moved out early.
I rented from fall '04 through spring '06.
