Noisy. The landscapers come at 8:30 every wednesday with leafblowers and hedgetrimmers, the management won't push it back. There is a fire station next door, and while this does mean you're probably safer when it comes to fires, it also means you will hear the sirens quite a bit. The walls are paper thin. I have only seen the manager in the office when I signed my lease. A moderate distance from campus, garbage disposal clogs easily, very poor quality air conditioning and heating.
