I moved into Fountain Circle in Winter 2021, and have had a really good experience so far. It's right across the street from the Marketplace, which is a plaza that has a Safeway, a Gong Cha, a Mountain Mike's Pizza, a Togo's, a Jamba Juice, a CVS Pharmacy, and a Panda Express. Got a $100 gift card for renewing my lease for next year. ...

Parking is hard but the managers are awsome!! great place to live with 2 bus lines and closde to campus....the younger manager is HOTT!! haha
