STAY OUT OF THIS PLACE. Manager Rose will steal all of your deposit and claim that they "painted the walls" and show you pictures of a microwave to prove that your apt was "unacceptable". You get what you pay for. Managers are inattentive, but when they do eventually get back to you, they are pretty nice people. Mostly working people live here, not really a complex for students. I rented from fall '06 through fall '07.
