Time for getting a maintenance request completed is unacceptable. When I first moved here, the response time was quick and efficient. More recently, multiple calls are required to even get someone to come out and take a look at a problem.

New management team is terrible--very rude and unresponsive. Lots of crime and vandalism along RR tracks & bikepath. Loud obnoxious neighbors and you can hear their conversations verbatim throught the papet thin walls. STAY AWAY--not worth it!
