Great place to live. Location is right across the street from campus. I currently live in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment (one master bedroom with private bathroom and two closets/ two bedrooms each with big closets). Rent is the cheapest you'll find in Davis and management is very responsive. For the school year of '05/06, rent was $1160 for the entire apartment and for '06/07, rent was $1215. The bedrooms are decent size, and the living room is pretty big. The apartments on the ground floor have a pretty big patio as well. From what I've seen of the apartments on the second floor, it looks like they have really high celings so the rooms appear to be huge. Most of the people who live here are students with families, so there are a few playgrounds scattered around the complex for children to play. Great place to live if you have children.
