The apartment was pretty spacious and well worth the price for me and my two other housemates. The materials within the house were pretty old, but nothing dirty at all. I believe after we moved out, they completely remodeled the apartment. The location itself was quiet, albeit a little sketchy at night. We would always get slightly nervous about being out too late at night. Otherwise, there is not too much to complain about, as you really get what you pay for. ...
