Slight issue with management coming into my room when I'm not here and turning off my personal property appliances they think is a waste of engery, i.e. microwave was unplugged, tv and dvd power lights turned off, fan turned off when it was 100 degrees > with a note to 'conserve energy'. This is illegal. Roaches abundant, and plumbing is in need of a major renovation. Elevators often not working in a building with many elderly and infant children. Not to mention climbing 7 stories of stairs with grocery bags. Air conditioning not allowed because of 'earthquakes', but it applies even to internal air conditioning units. Quality of tenants seems to have gone down within the past four years, and lots of turnover this year; the professionals appear to be moving out. ...
