SAVE YOURSELF. This entire complex is a scam. We had to get the health inspector in to get any repairs done, and even then not everything was taken care of. The pipes are so old that our water was brown coming out because of the rust, and when it did run clear, it always left an orange residue when it was gone. The management company is just a PO Box and an email address. You can't speak to them ever and there are random charges when you get your security deposit back. THE ENTIRE BUILDING IS VERY SKETCHY. I have lived here for over a year now and this place is horrible. The landlady looks crazy and don't let her fakeness fool you when you come to look at the apt- she is absolutely out of her mind. She doesn't get anything done, fights with her tenants and one time told me to "scram, go away" when I came to her for help for an apt problem. She also hung up on me when I later called her to figure out what was going on. I had to get my parents involved. The apt itself is disgusting- always problems because it is so old. Smells of mold, hallways are dirty, and nothing ever gets fixed. The landlady and whomever she gives her keys to keys in to the apt as she want- without any prior notification. It is ridiculous and a total invasion of privacy! If you do choose to live here, don't leave any valuables out when your gone, random men key in- its happened a few times while I was sleeping. SO UNSAFE! This place most definitely can not pass many health inspections- I had a cockroach problem for over 6 months because every time I reported it (which was weekly, then monthly), nothing was done! The parking garage has never once been closed since I've lived here (9 months)- making it very unsafe at night. Not the only problem with the garage- people STEAL your $100 a spot parking space at least weekly, because they know the gate never closes. So your paying for a spot you can't always park in.
