The overall quality of the apartments are fairly good. They were built in the 1960s so they show their age. The manager is pretty good with fixing things that break and working with your needs. The grounds are ok - they need a better job done with upkeep. The other tenants are pretty good - older, working families so the place stays relatively quiet. There are a few "college" kids that can cause the 3:00AM wake up but the manager is very good at ending that problem. ...
