Great, clean apartment for students. Landlord is great and constantly maintains and upgrades the place. She is a nice lady who graduated from Berkeley and lives on the top floor and she is super responsive and friendly. She also pays interest on rent and doesn't try to pull anything funny. We paid 2300 for 2 bedrooms and were happy to live there all 3 years until we finished school. I rented from summer '05 through spring '08. ...
