I'm in a nice modern looking 4 bed/ 3.5 bath apartment. Price not that bad. The master bedroom is very spacious while the others are so-so. Maintenance takes forever to fix things and parking sucks. It's an average place to be in. I rented from fall '06 through summer '07. ...
