As a person who works for UC Davis as a human rights advocate and with inclusion as a moral code and requirement, I would strongly encourage that you re-write who you cater too for housing unless you want some really poignant online reviews stating the obvious. Housing is a human right. All adults, genders, families etc. should be your target audience, not just students and young professionals.
