Run! Do Not Rent from these people. The landlady, Veronica, is one of the most difficult and two-faced people I've ever met. They are incredibly unprofessional and will blame ever single pre-existing problem on your when you leave and ask for your deposit back. When I moved in the closet doors were broken, 2 years later, after several maintenance requests, the management were still telling me that they'd get to them "next week." On two occasions they lost my rent check and came pounding on my door telling me that my rent was late and I that I need to write them a check right then. Even though I already paid it! That was the first time. The second time they came pounding on my door accusing me of not paying, I logged onto my bank website and showed them that my rent check had already cleared. I didn't even get an apology, just a "oh, well I'll go see what happened." I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for an apartment. Otherwise, definitely get copies of all the paperwork you sign, take pictures before you move in, and report EVERY SINGLE THING that you find wrong with the apartment. If you don't you will get charged for it. The landlady was trying to charge me to replace a wobbly bathroom sink handle. So I went to my tool box and got an allen wrench and tightened it back up. It's just silly and desperate what they try to do. I rented from spring '07 through fall '09. ...
