This Building is Horrible Do Not Move Here . The Manager Claudia Guzman Never wants to hear any Complaints About Your Car being broken into or about anything . The Manager is never Around . The Manager Claudia say's if you Don't like living here you can move out . She is extremely rude & has a horrible attitude . Hallways are dirty & filthy . There is Dog Poop in the stairs all the time from a tenant who runs a dog sitting business . There is a Psycho tenant in Apt 413 who sells Drugs and approaches other tenants asking if they wanna buy drugs . There is always yelling & fighting & drug addicts knocking on his door late at night to buy drugs . The cleaning woman for this building Martha is The Manager's Mother so she don't do anything She never cleans only Vacuums once a month if that . All she does is complain . Laundry rooms are filthy in this building . Cleaning woman never cleans anything . Carpets in Hallways haven't been washed in 5 years . Apartments are old & dated . Building is Infested with Cockroaches & Termites . Mailboxes are broken into all the time . Packages are stolen by the Local Homeless & shady characters that live in the building . The Landlord does not care when you complain he don't answer you . All this landlord cares about is money his rent This Building is a Disaster . Landlord Is now charging $2095 for a 1 Bedroom not including water , sewer & trash or Parking . For that kind of money you can find something better & safer . Everything the Previous Reviewer said is True . This Building is a Horror Don't Move here you will regret it . I already gave notice to move out because I can't take living here anymore . ...

The management in this apartment is disgraceful, my vehicle got stolen into and versus the manager assisting to even look at the cameras, she yelled at me saying " why would I leave things inside". First off this is the third robbery in my vehicle even when I didn't have belongings in my car. I expressed my frustration with the safety for a few years especially the emergency exit doors never closing and witnessing multiple times homeless, drug addicts in the garage. She blamed the tenants, not taking any responsibility. This apartment takes air BNB and I have had homeless even knock on my door. When your report any problem on their quote on quote app they take weeks before helping to fix issues, they don't even report when water would be shut off, the emergency alarms are not even connected to the local fire department. No responsibility is ever taken , when cops came for my theft another tenant came asking if they were there to help with a another dispute. DONT MOVE HERE ESPECIALLY IN THESE TIMES, SAFETY SHOULD BE THE FIRST PRIORITY. ...
