Area is a problem with so many homeless. Mgr has done some makeovers but bldg carpet needs a shampoo. Mgr's mood varies with some good and some bad days. Tenants mostly quiet but UC kids in back make noise. Windows mostly soundproof.

parking ok for one car but not for two. landlord has her own favorite tenants and dislikes others. bldg could use some maintanance and seems to be needing a clean up. tenants are ok xcept for a few who are too nosy. I rented from fall '01 through winter '08. ...

Parking only for one car. Must park on street otherwise and many tickets issued. New mgr takes more than an average interest in her tenants personal business and likes to gossip. I rented from fall '03 through fall '08.
