I agree with the previous posting on this apt. The manager Ethan is one of the worst I've seen here. Not only does he ignore your request, when you remind him of what needs to be taken care of; he will tell you to go over to the office and make a request again (by Naida which is another lazy worker at the office.) You will know who she is if you ever go to the office, she will be chating on the telephone like usual, ignoring you until she has finished talking. I have been here for 3 years and I'm glad i'm out of this rathole. There are way better apartments in the area for a way better price. Also, be aware of the security guards on duty. They are a bunch of lazy no caring people that will not help you in an emergency. They will tell you to call an 800 number for help with anything after hours. Your better of calling the police, which I have many times due to college kids playing loud music at 3AM. The walls are soo thin you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor says, without eaves dropping. Since leaving: they were in the process of painting the units, which i'm sure will be included in the rental price (to recoup the costs) if you move in. And finally, the lights outside the premises don't work, so be careful at night going to your cars. (bring your own flashlight). I rented from winter '06 through summer '09. ...

This place needs improvment! The Landlords change from season to season. NO joke. Many cars have been stolen, with a security guard on duty. call boxes don't work right, wrong name when calling apts.
