This place was once a pretty neat place to live. It was super pet friendly, the security guards were nice yet noninvasive, and the neighbors were friendly. Unfortunately since a new management corporation took over (Lordon Management), the place has turned into a dump. Dogs aren't allowed to play outdoors except in a small feces invested dirt patch out back. Oh yeah don't forget any of your laundry downstairs or the new staff will throw your things away/ keep them for themselves. There are cameras that monitor your every move, yet never seem to catch when actual theft has taken place, such as bikes being stolen in the back, or weights being taken out of the “gym”. When I say gym I mean broken down dirty sweat room next to the 3 laundry units and 4 dryers. Most of the equipment is either broken or outdated. Those cameras also notice any mistake a tenant may make, don't worry you will be billed upwards of 200 on your rent. Security will bang on your door at 6 am to let you know you have a package downstairs, and if you complain about anything they do, the management staff will role their eyes at you, and tell you they do t have time for your problems. There is also a woman hear who has tantrums I. The middle of the night or day (whenever she feels like it), you can hear her scream through shut doors and windows. The only decent part about this place is the price and location , it's about 2 miles from the staples center, you will definitely want to go away from here to have a nice time. These are coop apartments that you can own or rent. USC Parents are buying these for their students and renting them out to other USC students. The coop board consists mainly of USC present and former students. The best thing about the complex is the saftey. It is a locked and gated building. You have to pass a security check to live there. The parking is plentiful and gated and locked and ranges from $15 a month to $35 a month. There is an on site security guard and on site management. I rented from fall '06 through fall '08. ...
