This place seems nice when you first see it. The office will make you believe that this is a wonderful place to live. You fall in love with the pool, spa and the courtyard. We have wonderful tenants, they say. If you want to live in a place where you can relax at the pool, enjoy the cabanas or workout in their gym. This is the place they tell you. NOT TRUE!!! Once you move in you will realize that you have moved into a 24 hours party club. The pool is always full of screaming drunks with their screaming children. Then they gather in their balconies to continue the party. You complain to management but nothing is done. The units are old and the walls are paper thin. You get to know your neighbors very well as you can hear all their moves. From when they get up and shower, to when they decide to have sex in the middle of the night. Again, management will do nothing about it. If you like an overcrowded and noisy apartment with rude neighbors and bad management. This is the place for you!!
