This property is EXEMPT from the city-wide rent control ordinance: beware! They're charging $1150/mo. for a 15x20 studio! There is NO parking and NO air conditioning. In the past six years, I've survived TWO owners, THREE management companies and EIGHT resident managers -- talk about a revolving door! They never change the locks after residents move out.
