Santa Ynez was a very nice place to live. The furniture was nicely kept and everything worked properly. The staff were always very friendly and ready to help at a moments notice. The recreation rooms were also clean and very spacious.

It is a pretty nice place to live that is close to campus but still far enough away from Isla Vista so it isn't too loud or busy. The people are great, bus stop nearby is reliable, and clean. Overall great apartments for students going to UCSB.

Santa Ynez is a bit more outdated in terms of decor/included furniture, but the size of the apartment is great. If you live on the second floor there is a balcony included! The kitchen size is great, and the maintenance staff makes repairs so quick.
