There are always maintenance crews working on the grounds, which is always a good thing. They keep up with the place often. The management seems indifferent, or annoyed even, to the residents however and maintains poor communication with the residents.

The rent is way too expensive for what you get. The management is terrible. When I moved in, the apartment was a mess. The drip pans on the stove were filthy, there were cobwebs on all the ceilings, the blinds were dirty, and there was mold growing out
of the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Now that I've moved out, they are charging me $400 from my security deposit to clean the items that weren't cleaned when I move in.
Furthermore, I doubt this building will pass its next inspection. Several support posts are not connected to the ground (by more than 1-2 inches) and the primary support for a flight of stairs is held in by two 1/4" bolts that are loose.
Any repair I had done took more than two weeks to get "processed". That was only after several trips to the office to "motivate".
The oven had to be lit with a lighter/match and didn't keep its temperature terribly well. The heat in the unit must have been 40 years old and the pilot light frequently went out filling the apartment with gas.
I guess the only good part is its close to campus, it has a creek, and it has a pool (which is only open from May to September).
I rented from fall '06 through spring '07.
