I personally love my apartment and the are where we live but management is terrible, there’s never anyone available in office and when you call there’s also no one ever available. They make it such a hassle to reach out it to them and get a problem fixed. We have submitted a few maintenance request and some of them get “canceled” I’m Not sure the reason why. Our washer has been broken and our maintenance guy has came twice but unfortunately it still has the same issue, it bangs really loud and I’m sure it disturbs our downstairs neighbors. We also are charged every month for vale trash, and although they would consistently come but now they barely show up so it’s just easier for us to toss our own trash if not it’ll sit there which isn’t very appealing. I personally don’t mind taking out my own trash but I do mind getting charged for a service that isn’t happening. They’re always trying to charge late fees even when they take forever to send out the rent statement and it’s very inconvenient. Overall they’re not attentive at all to their residents and I honestly wouldn’t recommend living in a four start owned property, you’ll won’t live stress free. The apartment is fine it’s just management that sucks. ...

the landlord never takes care of things, the cops are called at least 4 times a week, there was a meth lab bust, a shooting, a heroine over dose in the past 6 months, and a huge pot bust. the air conditioning units are very loud and hardly work. the people are very loud and the walls are very thin. the windows dont lock very securely and are very thin. the power goes out when i use my hair dryer, even when everything else in the house is off. the laundry rooms are beyond disgusting. the painting was done very poorly and chips. i have had to re-nail the carpet several times. there are bugs. people are very loud. and i have woken up to people looking into my bed room window. basically this place is a just crappy wooden roof over your head. if you decide to live her you are crazy and should buy something to defend yourself. I rented from winter '06 through fall '06. ...
