Stay away! I was really excited about finding a one bedroom apartment right on the hill! Sadly, the location is probably the only good thing about this apartment. There is no garbage disposal or air conditioning. On top of that, you are completely unable to adjust the heat setting - it is either on or off - and the management company sets when it is on/off. Most days, the apartment is extremely hot and I am forced to wear shorts and t-shirts to stay cool (even in the winter!). Worst of all I have just discovered mouse droppings after returning from winter break. YUCK Wouldn't recommend living here to anyone I know ! I rented from fall 2020 through summer 2021. ...

Great location from college and social life but poor parking and the landscaping and building is dirty and in disrepair.
