A Run Down dangerous area of town with a high crime rate. No nearby restaurants. Mold everywhere. Management that is out of touch with reality and thinks that the garden is what everyone wants. How about some new appliances and carpet instead of the 1970s harvest gold or avacado green. How about some mold remediation. Or better yet, how about just tearing the place down. ...
