Look at previous google review. Don’t waste the BAH. They’ll boost your rent, the place gets trashed and the staff is completely incompetent. They won’t help you when you need it. Move on. 200 characters minimum? DONT DO IT!!!!

While the apartments are decent, the management is NOT. They rarely enforce the provisions of the lease, unless one complains twice about a neighbor's gross and repetitive violation of the lease. Even then, they don't enforce it, but instead, they refuse to renew the lease for the complainant! Managing apartments isn't exactly rocket science, and my child routinely and easily makes better decisions. They're nice, but they're idiots. If you're looking for ANY sort of quality in your apartment managers, look elsewhere. I rented from summer '09 through summer 11. ...
