It is a house, and it is horrible. The previous renters weren't out when we moved in and their stuff was still here. I didn't know what to do with it and the manager wouldn't return my calls. Once I got through, I told her it was filthy, she said it had just been cleaned, end of story - but truly, it was still filthy. I feel like I've spent days doing nothing but cleaning.
