I would not move here. The Master Bedroom is either too hot or too cold always. There is a problem with management and harassing the tentant- escpecially if you have a pet. It seems to me that they don't know how to handle tenant concerns in a way that benefits both managemtn and tenant. I paid 710 in rent. When I moved in my uinit was not very clean even though they assured me that it had been thouroughly cleaned and the carpets steamed. Also I had issues with management the day I moved in in regaurds to what my move-in payment was- which some how magically incresesd from what I signed. I rented from spring '08 through fall '08. ...
