If you like to party and don't mind going without sleep, this is the apartment for you! Perfect party apartments, they are huge with bedrooms on a separate level. There is virtually no sound damping between units, so invite your neighbors! The staff takes a long time to respond to requests. We were promised a new screen door, and that the hallway would be redone...that was 9 months ago and we are still waiting. These units are about 20ft from 30th st and the traffic noise is loud! There is virtually nothing to stop the traffic noise as all glass doors/windows are only single pane and of very poor quality. My car was plowed in by the snowplow, and the landlord is unprofessional and not helpful. All the doors and cabinets are obviously old and very used, in my opinion they are long overdue to be replaced. Our water pressure is so low we can't fill the bathtub and parts of the bathtub are not sealed with caulk. There is no restriction (lock or code) on the outside doors so anyone can wander into the building...make sure to lock you doors! We can't wait to move out!!!!! I would not recommend this to anyone.
