Please read me and don’t rent here. I have a 3 month old and we had asked for pest control because we have roaches. That’s not a safe environment for a baby. I watched one crawl into her bassinet. They had us do all the steps prior and no one came. It ruins the schedule you have for you and your baby just for them not to show up and have to put everything back to live with it another week. Then again we do the same thing and the guy half asses the job and walks out. The thing is they come every Wednesday so that means it’s not getting fixed right? Because you’re cheap and pay for a shit company. Besides that, no one’s ever in the front. No one ever answers the calls. They take over an hour “lunch.” Need anything? Forget it. They don’t care about their residents. Broken glass bottles everywhere and kids walk around here barefoot. Someone’s car gets vandalized and there’s no solution. They look at you in the face like you’re crazy when you come to them with something. I asked for a filter replacement because my daughter is constantly sneezing from the heater being on.
