The experience at University House Denver is pretty good for the price you pay. The amenities are really nice. It has private computer lounges and a really sweet courtyard. The people at the front desk aren't very helpful and when things are broken, they take a while to get fixed. However, they are very friendly and nice. All in all, for the price, location, and amenities, a short waiting time for appliances to be fixed isn't too bad.
