Renting an apartment here has been one of the worst living arrangements I have ever been accustomed to. The management has let residents allow their pets to poop on the patios and then the resident sweeps off the poop onto cars, drive areas, etc. and no one to clean it up. They allow young partiers to rent, after numerous requests with management, calls to overnight security, and many nights awake with parties, nothing has been done to correct this. There is criminal activity taking place in my building and I have been told they (management) are not responsible for our safety and does nothing to correct this issue. This also includes loaded weapons. I recently drove by an apartment in plain view with approximately 8 trash bags full of waste on the patio. If you decide to rent a washer and dryer, see if you can buy a pair inexpensively and bring them. The dryer in my apartment takes 160 minutes for a light load to dry and this is after maintenance apparently "fixed" it. This is a dangerous place to live and is impossible to be let out of a lease. I would avoid this apartment complex at all costs. ...
