This place is great! If you go to UCD its a five min. walk to class. The building looks a little weird from the outside but it is very nice inside. The food is good but is a little pricy. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!! I paid $865 a month to live in a 2 bed/2 bed suite with THREE OTHER PEOPLE. $865 a month to not even have my own bedroom, bathroom, or a STOVE! Outtakes (the cafe) charges ridiculous prices ($4 for five packets of Kool-Aid, anyone?), the internet NEVER (literally NEVER) works, the place is not kept clean AT ALL. Someone =spilled a bottle of laundry detergent in my stairwell on time & it was there for over a WEEK! It's in a terrible location (right next to 24 hour train tracks!) & it's horribly annoying to live right next to Invesco during a Broncos game! I do not know anyone who lives there right now who doesn't hate it! The CA's are jerks, no one at the front desk is ever able to help you...Live at The Inn at Auraria if you have to live in student housing--it's cheaper (even though The Inn actually IS downtown) and I hear A LOT less complaints! Plus, you'll actually get your own bedroom there!! And The Inn was a HOTEL vs. an old decrepit building in a sketchy place where bums used to sleep like Campus Village! Seriously, DON'T LIVE HERE!!!
