Paperthin floors and walls. You hear normal sounds of living. Ie coughing, opening a soda can etc. And even in a second floor unit you can hear downstairs neighbor walking. Construction is so flimsy that downstairs neighbors cigarette smoke seeps.upstairs through where floor meets wall. Landlord doesn't return calls...once you're a tenant. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
