Don't move to this dump. I lived there for one year and regret every moment of my stay. Don't be deceived by the balloons, clubhouse, pool and the landscaping only at the entrance. They will take you for a ridein the green mini van with three hub caps. Instead, drive further into the complex and see all the clothes dangling from the balconies just like traveling get overseas. The lobby kids played in and hung out. The apartment had numerous issues (faucet leaked, bugs, garbage disposal broke, dishwasher broke, windows did not lock) and kids playing in the hallway in the summer. They were riding bikes, running, yelling and screaming and played ball In the hallway. I truly enjoyed the 5 year old kid that lived above me that was on a sugar high all night long. The kid never stopped running and jumping upstairs on the floor. The sales people were useless, their just trying to keep their jobs and will tell you anything. I have seen 5 people fired since I was their. Fire alarms went off 4 times in the winter, along with a water main break. Your heat and electric bill will be high because nothing inside is energy efficient. This place is all about just getting you to sign the papers after that your on your own. So heed this warning...... later you will thank me. Your welcome... I rented from fall 2014 through fall 2015. ...

The manager is a hypocondraict evil women who cares only about how she looks and is on a powert trip the apartment is old and falling apart and the other staff is so afraid of her that nothing every gets resolved do not waste your time. You pay to live in a third world country if you move there. You are treated horribly. I rented from winter '03 through winter '05. ...
