I'd rather live in a cardboard box under a bridge. Birds living in the walls, people fistfighting in the parking lots, bums picking thru your garbage, semi-monthly exterminator visits, people other than management have skeleton keys to all apts in the complex, loud music at all times of the night, people trying to break into your apt mailbox...just a few of the things you can look forward to at this place. Management says "i'll see what i can do" at best. Very ghetto section of town. Even the police don't bother responding to complaints in that area unless it's an emergency. Expect to see several dozen stray cats living in the parking lot and numerous visits from social workers to other tenants. Upon moving out management invents reasons to hold onto your deposit. Most people living here are deadbeats and management ends up treating people who pay their rent on time the say way they treat the other losers. This place really ruins the classy suburban image the rest of west hartford seeks to uphold. I rented from winter '08 through winter '08. ...
