Current Resident

Staff are unprofessional and rude. Rent is excessive and too many hidden fees. Safety is a huge issue now with cars constantly being broken into and packages being stolen. Neighbors are doing drugs and selling drugs on the premises. Last month I witnessed a police chasing my neighbor on foot. Walls are paper thin and premises are not well maintained and are falling apart. Management will nickel and dime you and will come up with every reason to not give you your security deposit back. Units are small and the photos on their website are photoshopped to make it look nicer/larger than they actually are. AVOID RENTING HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY AND SAVINGS! ...
