I applied for this apartment a month or two ago . They gave me the run around. I kept texting and calling in regards to my application because it was being reviewed for WEEKS (still is ) the last time I spoke the guy said that the landlord was taking their time (words of landlord) and was waiting for more people to apply. I’m glad I found something bigger and better! Don’t rent with them - they pick and choose who they want to rent to- you seen a hardworking college student want the apartment and didn’t want to rent to me ! Don’t waiste your time ...
