I just don't where to start..., the little gym is out of date, its makes tons of noise, the parking here is ok, its fills up, but just to let people know don't invites friends over (i.e. emergency or anything) because their car will be towed and you will have to pay for it if you dont get a visitors pass during their hours.... noisy neighbors, found stuff missing from my apartment heard their staff had an incident, but never told us about their staffing situation, same people still works.. pretty shady, they are never here on the weekends so can't get your package on the weekend and if you work before and after their work hours, you are basically screwed...they are others, but these are the things may not be big at the moment to you, but if it adds up, you'll find that its very fustrating... good points though, its quiet if you don't have noisy neighbors and if your room is not near the one across the street wher eyou can hear the ambulance, firetrucks, and police coming again and again everynight... if you can't barbeque thats good its not allowed anyways, if you get your car towed they'll reimburse you half even though its their fault... I used to think that this apartment was too good to be true... it is.. basically you have a mechanic who works for the apartment on probation stealing your goods... you have your car towed illegally even if you were compensated just be ready to lose hours of work time to argue and find the stupid reason why they towed your vehicle... its not open until 9am for both the towing company and the apartment complex so if you work at 5am or come home at 5 pm they are closed, I feel sorry for you, you can't get a dish network if you are not on the right side, can't put anything on the rooftop, if you have an infestation problem, your going to have to wait for a long time to have them actually take care of the problem.. the office closes for closes for no reason at times..if you have a friend who came over all of a sudden with a severe issue, don't let them park anywhere near the apartment complex even though you called the apartment complex leaving a msg explaining the situation at night and they are not open to give you a visitors pass and you wrote a note in your friend's vehicle, its going to be TOWED!!! No matter if its a life or death situation.. all they could is say is sorry without any compensation for fee and time. I rented from spring '07 through fall '09. ...

They kept towing my car illegally I had to get police involved to get it released. Appt complex wouldn't do anything. After moving in was told I lived on wrong side of building to get Direct/Dish and that I had to sign new contract before I could get it. Kept having bugs and water damage in kitchen. They could not fix either fully after a year living there. Orginally had awesome managemet, new people don't know what they are doing I rented from summer '08 through summer '09. ...
