Loved it when I first moved in.... Then rent started to go sky high every year after my inital move in. At first. Utilities were included in the rent... the next year. I payed for everything. No biggie that's fair however, the system they have for figuring out the bill is crazy. They don't charge what you actually use... they tally up the entire building and divide it amongst you based on occupents and sq footage. I had a two bedroom and lived alone and I conserve water and still had a hudge monthly utilities bill. My elderly neighbor who lives like a bird and I'm sure uses less water than one... his bill would be more than mine at times.... It was a crock. My apartment flooded twice during heavy rain storms, 3 inches of water.... I had mold growing in my closets repeatedly... and yes would find bugs in the house. I am an extremely clean person and never left food/dishes etc out. Still bugs....WTF!!!! The space is awesome.... is it worth it???? You can decide..... I rented from spring '01 through fall '06. ...
