Downside: This is located next to the METRO Blue Line Track, the METRO rail maintenance yard (wait until you hear trains squealing all night long), the offices for the Woodrow Wilson Bridge construction project, and the ongoing Telegraph Road interchange project. Expect lots of noise, especially from the Metro rail yard. You will be spending plenty on A/C because you can't leave your windows open and sleep with the noise from the Metro maintenance.
