In my opinion, this place has: Huge roach problems. Huge maintenance problems. An absent landlord and property manager. It's not a safe area. A lot of illegal immigrants living there. They will only rent to hispanics and latinos. The grounds are dirty and people keep all kinds of stuff on their balconies. Watch out during the nice weather as a lot of people will grill on their balconies (which, I believe, is illegal) so smoke comes into your apartment.
