This place is horrendous!! First of all, the renters here are pretty diverse in a sense that they dominate the place. Diversity is not a problem but when you see them wandering and hanging around building facades and hallway steps any time of the day all throughout 2:00 in the morning while talking obnoxiously loud on their mobile phones, that becomes a major problem. And the thing is, you don t know if something s going on since they re speaking another language. How do they get to loiter inside the buildings' They break the security door! I ve seen them do it numerous times. And on the parking area, they lean on somebody else s car! You better walk with caution when it gets late because there are a lot of these guys walking drunk and pissing all over the walls and bushes leaving trails of urine and empty Corona bottles. Oh and that so called music that has this repetitive tone that they listen to so ridiculously LOUD all the time for countless hours will drive you crazy! That and the constant passing by of the trains blowing its horn. Just be careful when one of them approaches you and tries to start a conversation. When they realize you don t speak their language they all get louder and give out an angry tone so just walk away before they do something. Call the local police department and get the crime and complaint rating of this place. Fires, theft, car theft, private property damage, murders, fights, domestic violence, public drinking, etc.. Ask yourself, do you really want to live in a place like that' Police cars always drive by to check out the surroundings because of it. And that office staff, ha! What management' Those guys are a joke! Every time you go there you ll feel like you need an interpreter just for them to understand a simple question. I think they are trained to be rude, absurd and idiotic all at the same time. Its either they are talking in the back about god knows what or chatting away on the phone with who knows who. There was even a time that people are waiting for the desk clerk to finish painting her nails! You can really see that the receptionist staff is friendly when she s talking to renters that speak the same language and are of the same ethnicity that she is but as soon as its your turn that receptionist becomes bitterly and imprudent. So what s up with that' So if you re desperate and decided to move here, here s a piece of advice, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! They will lie to you about not receiving your payment so they can charge you late fees. The surroundings are a mess. There is another apartment place next to this junk hole named Chelsea Square and that place is beat up pretty bad but I don t see trash lying around the place. We have a compactor area with a magnetic door lock. The code and sign on how to open the door is clearly written down on a big sign next to it. Apparently none of these litter happy renters understand the instructions because they are written down in English. So what happens' They all dump it on the ground in front of the compactor door! So I have a hard time reaching the trash door every time I need to throw away my trash. And the worse part is that the apartment staff would not even try to clean up the mess and it ends up rotting away on the ground till they collect the trash! The standards of this place have hit ROCK BOTTOM! If you like messy, noisy and dodgy surroundings that make you feel unsafe, rude and loud neighbors that play irritable music all day all the time, a third world country kind of environment then this place is perfect for you! But if you want to live in the real world where people abide by the rules, be surrounded by people who have proper humanly etiquettes and feel like you are really living in the United States of American and not some other place then LOOK AWAY AND FIND A BETTER PLACE!
