The office managers are the sweetest people! They actually care about the residents and do their best to give you a good experience. The apartments themselves are pretty old, but I have never had a problem with bugs or anything. They're basically the cheapest apartments you can find, and they have a 24 hour fitness center which is free for you to use. Washers and dryers are in a separate building, but you no longer have to use quarters; there's an app you can download on your phone which makes the process MUCH easier.
