I have lived in the villas for over a year now and at first it was a nice place, but within a week or two i noticed things werent as nice as they seemed to be. Maintenance comes and goes from your apt whenever they feel. They came in november to fix the heat and i came home to a wide open front door and i have a couple cats, they did not care to put them in a room or anything. Also after they left i noticed some things missing and called the office to report it and I was yelled at by the property manager that her men would never do that, she knows. My A.C. unit broke in the middle of last summer and i called to have it fixed and they said they cant fix it, and they would have to get me a new one. 2 weeks went by and nothing, so i called in and was told i would have to wait til next year because they werent ordering anymore new ac units. Many things have broken in my apartment as well, and about 10% of them have been fixed. Also they say rent is 698 or 748 or 798 but be prepared to spend an extra $300 a month on utlities because there is nothing included with rent. Also i work for a fire alarm company and I have heard about them getting in trouble with the fire marshal for disconnecting their fire systems, basically people could burn up and nobody would be called..
