Apt.4008 iron ridge. We have lived here in a very very old apt. For15 Years. Since this company took over it has been a nightmare.we don't even live in this century ! They ignore you,don,t answer phone,e mail or letters.They are only concened with money! If you like to watch the geese that used to be in our pond, it is now all closed down by wires thoughout the wholepond.Stone gate pond is wide open,were not! Do not live here.Many many problems! ...

I have lived at Iron Ridge for a few years and really like it. The staff is always will to help and the grounds are really nice. Of course it may not be perfect all the time but where is? We never have to wait for anything to be fixed if it has to be. The pool is great in the summer never crowded.This a nice place to call home I rented from summer '09 through summer 11. ...

When I first came to look at apartmenrs the staff was friendly and I was shown a beautiful apartment. I was rentig the same layout once it became available. Three weeks later I moved in. The apartment I rented was very clean but that is the only posative thing that I can say. The cabinet doors were broken, The air conditioning barely worked, Two windows would not open and the shower did not work in the bath tub. The paint job was horrible and the walls appear to have never been painted. Spots were painted cream and oherswhite. Two weeks after moving in the aprtment above me flooded and water came through into my living rom damaging my walls, sofa and floors. The damage was never repaired in the 15 months I lived there. Kanine fecies was all over the property and the maintenence staff sold drugs to tenants. The leasing manager was addicted to prescription pain medication and would gossip about all of the tenants. The Painter "B' was cought trying to break into a neighbors apartment and was never made redundant. After 12 months of hell was ready to move out since my lease was up but the manager magicly renewed my lease without my consent. It took 3 months of phone calls and dealing with the court to be released from my lease renewal that I didnt sign in the first place. I would stay away from Iron Ridge. I rented from fall '05 through fall '06. ...
