Management that will make you want to kill yourself so you don't have to live on the same planet I rented from winter 2015 through winter 2017.

The apartments are overpriced and poorly constructed. Though utilities are included, they are now charging apartments that exceed the allotment. Surprisingly, the apartments that go over are located on the 4th floor due to poor insulation. The parking is ample for residents, however always a challenge for visitors. As only college students live here, it does tend to be noisy, again associated with the poor insulation. There is only one trash dumpster for a complex of over a 100 apartments, with no recycling. As far as safety, the parking lot is not safe - there have been holdups with guns and break-ins to cars. The apartments are already furnished, though there is a poor level of construction within the apartment as many things tend to break due to low quality. My advice is to find somewhere cheaper to live as the high price tag does not equate with quality in University Courtyards in Newark, DE. I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...
