I rented from summer '04 through summer '05.

Good if you're looking for something very inexpensive. Safe within the confines of the commmunity, but outside on Levy St. and surrounding area is rotten. Apartments are sturdy (brick) but apartments and community are in only passable condition. You get what you pay for. ...
